The Ellman Family Foundation, Inc. was established in 2005 as a private family foundation based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Led by President J. Leon Ellman and Vice Presidents Neil Ellman, Elaine Ellman, Lance Ellman, and Kevin Sirop, our foundation is governed by a dedicated team committed to thoughtful philanthropy.
Since our founding, we have distributed 97 grants totaling over $1 million to 43 unique organizations. Our grantmaking has grown steadily, from $117,000 in 2020 to $231,000 in 2023, with our most active year being 2022 when we distributed $541,000 across 42 grants.
